First, contact me to fill out a brief questionnaire. This will help me to brainstorm ideas to make the most out of your trip. From there I will provide feedback and pricing to help you craft your dream holiday. We will set up a 30-minute intro meeting after which I will begin to create your itinerary, incorporating your preferences for stays, local transport, restaurants, along with your day-to-day schedule.

I’ll provide recommendations for places to see, eat, and more drawing on my past experiences and research abilities.

Up to two alterations are allowed on your itinerary. I want to make your trip the most memorable it can be so I’m happy to provide alternatives if needed. However, a change in destination after the itinerary has already been crafted would be considered a new order.

Throughout the process we will stay connected through email and WhatsApp to make sure that all your needs are being met. Once the itinerary is completed, we will have another 30-minute meeting to discuss.

For all orders, I typically deliver the itinerary via email PDF within 3-5 business days after the order is taken. If your trip is longer than 2 weeks this may vary but all of this is taken into account on a case-to-case basis. Please note I do not make any bookings, but I will lead you in the right direction and provide free purchase support for any questions you may have.
